RECLAIM - Online Group Postnatal Yoga

£10.00

My Postnatal yoga class design is not about ‘bouncing back’ it’s about coming back to yourself.

RECLAIM is a postnatal yoga class designed for mothers in the in-between phase, when birth is over, baby is here and you are still finding your feet.

Each session blends functional postnatal movement, breathwork for nervous system regulation and slow, intentional strength building. I include pauses that give your body time to integrate what it has been through. We work together with the realities of real life - fatigue, feeding, hormone shifts, emotional waves rather than trying to avoid or bypass them.

You’ll move through postures that:

  • Restore deep core and pelvic floor function without pressure or ‘bounce back’ culture.

  • Gently rebuild strength for everyday motherhood (lifting, carrying, bending, feeding)

  • Use breath and grounding practices to soothe overwhelm and mental load.

This class is as much about being held as it is movement. Expect warmth, honesty and permission to show up completely as you are.

You don’t need to perform

You don’t need to catch up

You don’t need to leave your baby behind.

Come as you are and let your body lead the way.
