Meet Amy
Welcome!
I’m Amy a (coffee and SUP obsessed) 85 hour Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga teacher. I began my Yoga journey over a decade ago and started teaching in early 2025.
As a busy mum of two amazing boys, Yoga is a pivotal part of my life that I could not be without.
Moving to the Cotswolds at 37 weeks pregnant, then having a baby and knowing no one, I stepped out of my comfort zone and attended a New Mum’s group with my four week old. From that moment I met my Mum Tribe who to this day I would not be without. They are my people, my safe space and the community I can (and have) relied upon throughout the huge, often turbulent journey that is motherhood. They have been solid throughout me becoming a mother, losing and gaining a new identity and are the most genuine, true humans I have the privilege of knowing. I am truly grateful for meeting my tribe and they hold such a huge place in my life. I honestly feel that my motherhood would have looked very different if I hadn’t met them that day.
With that said, as a Yoga teacher my ethos is rooted in helping new and expectant parents in finding their identity, loving and nourishing their amazing bodies, navigating postnatal recovery and ultimately encouraging ‘Mum tribe's’ everywhere.
I have struggled mentally and physically during all of my pregnancies, and strive to help anyone who wants to find resilience, strength and emotional wellbeing. Please reach out and ask any questions or if you would like more information; the beauty of Yoga is that it is accessible to ALL and you don’t need any previous experience.
I look forward to meeting you!
Warm wishes
Amy
