I believe Motherhood and its journey should be celebrated! In addition to group and online classes, I curate thoughtful workshops to dive deeper into specific topics such as Pelvic Girdle Pain and yoga to support pregnancy loss.
My other passion is to design and host pregnancy and postnatal mini yoga retreats; intended to facilitate some extended time with yourself, nourishment of body and mind and connection with the wider motherhood community.

mother’s day mini yoga retreat
Join me to CELEBRATE Motherhood with a nurturing, extended yoga practice designed especially for mother’s in every season of their journey.
My Mothering Saturday retreat offers a warm, supportive space to pause, restore and reconnect with yourself and other mums.
This special extended session weaves together gentle nourishing yoga, guided breathwork and a deeply restful yoga Nidra to support the nervous system and replenish your energy.
Alongside the practice will be unhurried time to meet, share and connect with other mother’s over sweet treats and nourishing drinks. Have a self care date, invite your mum tribe, or bring YOUR mum to celebrate together.
This mini yoga retreat is open to pregnant women, new mums and experienced parents alike. Here is your invitation to soften and be supported; to turn your attention inward and honor your own motherhood journey with kindness and care.
