Motherhood is a powerful journey and you deserve a space that honours every part of it. As a mother of two energetic boys, I’ve experienced first hand how pregnancy, birth and motherhood can transform not only the body, but the heart and mind too.
YOGA has been -and continues to be- my anchor through each season of motherhood; grounding me, strengthening my mind and helping me reconnect with myself when everything around me is changing.
As a yoga teacher my ethos is rooted in compassion, strength, and mindful movement. My pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes are designed to build resilience and confidence in the body, calm in the mind and connection with your own inner wisdom and intuition.
Whether you’re preparing to welcome new life, navigating the early days of motherhood, or rediscovering your sense of self, you’re warmly welcome.

A bespoke pregnancy safe Yoga class, curated by me specifically for you to deepen an existing practice, or focus on any specific requirements you may have. Lessons can incorporate Pranayama (breathwork) suitable for birth, Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), Chair Yoga or sequences to address specific areas such as pelvic girdle pain.
A personalised Yoga class to help you gently return to movement following pregnancy and birth. A thoughtfully curated Yoga practice to include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to help build strength and nourish your postnatal body.
If you’re in the latter stages of pregnancy and want to practice in the comfort of your own home, or a busy Mum with little time to spend in the studio; join me online for pregnancy and postnatal yoga.
Enjoy a personalised at home practice to prepare for birth, or to focus on key pregnancy and postnatal asanas (postures) for strength and relaxation, with the option to include some breathwork and meditation.
